DALLAS, May 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Southwest Corporation (“Capital Southwest”) (Nasdaq: CSWC), an internally managed business development company focused on providing flexible financing solutions to support the acquisition and growth of middle market businesses, today announced an amendment to its senior secured credit facility (the “Credit Facility”). The amendment increased the total commitments from $335 million to $380 million and changed the benchmark interest rate from LIBOR to Term SOFR. The $45 million increase in total commitments was provided by the existing lender group, which consists of ten participants.
