Capital Southwest Invests in Cinatra Clean TechnologiesDALLAS, Sept. 3, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Southwest Corporation (Nasdaq:CSWC), a provider of long-term equity capital since 1961, announced today that it has invested $3.8 million in preferred stock and subordinated debt in Cinatra Clean Technologies, Inc., as part of a $6.4 million staged investment. Cinatra, based in Houston, Texas, is the exclusive U.S. provider of the ORECO A/S hydrocarbon recovery and tank-cleaning processes for crude oil, cat slurry and wastewater storage tanks. The patented ORECO cleaning process does not require manned entry, which dramatically increases the safety and speed of tank cleaning. Customers also benefit from increased hydrocarbon recovery and less hazardous waste compared to traditional cleaning methods.
