(“STATinMED”) with a first lien term loan and an equity co-investment. Capital Southwest led the financing transaction and will act as the sole administrative agent on the credit facility. CION Investment Corporation, Harbert Management Corporation and Dos Rios Partners also invested in the term loan and equity.
